It was the night of Academy Awards 2010. Neil Patrick Harris opened the show with spectacular broadway number plus Vegas girls both on his sides. Hosts Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin killed it! They were ridiculously funny, but Ben Stiller’s Avatar spoof was a total flopped I guess. You can see the not-so-amused James Cameron on tv hahaha and bigger shocker? Avatar did not win the big price for Best Picture..it was the Hurt Locker who bagged the honor. James Cameron’s ex-wife Kathryn Bigelow also got the award for Best Director. Bigelow is the first woman in the 82-year history of the Oscars to earn Hollywood's top prize for filmmakers.I must say it was a night of “firsts.” Most of the actors were first-time nominees and won!
