driven

it was an early wake up call today. cos today i am officially enrolled as a student, AGAIN!. but now i will be studying how to drive hehehe i know it seems too late to learn. before kasi i was so intimidated by EDSA road...tangnang bus or mga walang konsiderasyong drivers ba naman halos lahat dito sa manila.. but i guess i have to deal with them so the time is now. wish me luck (: anyway, we had lunch at romulo cafe (what a treat!). the food was amazing...i'm already missing and craving for that dumpling made of Vigan longganisa. Anyone who is craving a little taste from home need look no further. then, headed to Amici for gelato, had Nocciola flavor (hazelnut) . so i really can't complain except for a bigger tummy in the next few weeks. where's my f*n yoga mat?!

wednesday club

WEDNESDAY CLUB! i remember my college days, we had this club that every wednesday after school magbi-binge drinking after those chaotic media productions, reports, exams and all that stuff that made one crazy. now, goodthing i have this set of crazyheads na kahit one night man lang, makalimutan mo lahat ng hang-ups, worries sa buhay at trabaho. from the bad romance, glee-ish numbers to headbangin and senti bijoke songs. aypakinlabet!!! till next time. till our next "crazies" moments!

earth day

it's Earth Day today. let's help recycle..yeah, including used toilet tissue!!!anyway, i saw Kick-Ass today. having Brad Pitt as one of the producers (very fancy right?hehe) it's something new and i like Hit Girl the most (: she flips like a gymnast, curses like a sailor, and kills like a maniac. Go watch it if you have one of those boring summer day.

them crooked vultures + blackouts

this is the second day of series of blackouts in the metro and it's not good for me and to alot of people. i get cranky pag mainit, halos lahat naman siguro..i'm not keeping abreast with local news lately so hinde ko alam why Meralco has to shut off the current for an hour or two. but i guess it all boils down to our Earth. and i guess it's not happy anymore..maybe in a way we have to do our share. i know it ain't easy being green but atleast your doing something. small shares can make a big difference ika nga..hopefully sana huwag araw-araw maging ganito. anyway, i'm currently listening to THEM CROOKED VULTURES and to my surprise, nakita ko yung tweet ko sa website nila via Twitter hehehe that made my day ;)

how to train your dragon

after the animated film Up, this is my favorite so far..saw it earlier today and i was surprised that i really really liked it. the film was hugely entertaining, frequently funny and emotionally engaging adventure with thrilling action consequences and a terrific voice cast. i will not be surprised if this will be nominated in award-giving bodies.

easter's clash

happy easter to you all! i spent my easter day not egg hunting but found myself in a mall. bum na bum di ba?! lol. i was with some friends, attended easter's sunday mass and saw the clash of the titans. here's my thought about the film. natawa ako sa mga lines sa movie..i said to myself, "what the...?' it was entertaining but pointless hehehe a weak story and bad dialogue. sorry.

lent10

it's the holy week. for most filipinos, it's time for some reflections and sacrifices. for me, it's about sorrow and triumph. i do fasting, i won't deny it...it's just the way i am during this lenten season. that was how we brought up so i want to keep it that way. attended palm sunday, observe the holy week like no meat hehehe maybe visit the church. so for us catholics, remember that we are here now enjoying our lives and all that we have because of all His sufferings and death.
in my hometown, we have this play of crucifixion of jesus christ, ANG PAGTALTAL. a friend of mine is in charge of the whole production this year so think it will be good. i may not able to witness it cos i'll be going home after holy week (i'm avoiding the rush). i'm just staying there for a week. all i have to do is to be a delivery man hehe my mom got herself a Sony VAIO and we don't trust LBC or whatever so i'll do it myself. i'm elated cos i got the chance to see my little kid and send him to his first summer school if ever. so advance happy easter to all!
