yeah...we went to subic last weekend together with my colleagues. pinaghalong trabaho and goodtimes. para kaming mga engot sa kaka-picture ha!ha!ha! and the place and the people were nicey. i so wanna go back there. kung my pera lang ako...hmmmn..

tiesto's kingdom

my clock says its 9:24pm. and its a monday night. a lame monday night. but the smell and the 'thumpa-thumpa' from tiesto last saturday still pounding on my mind. yes, we went and celebrated the night with the world renowned dj. last week pa ako excited. i was jumping when we got our tickets =). we met up with our friends at the high street around 11pm. tumambay muna kami sa serendra and bought something from ‘fully booked’. sarap palang tumambay dun hehehe then, we left the high street around 12:30am. we arrived at the world trade center around 1am and tamang-tama lang kasi after a few minutes, it was tiesto’ turn to spin. and it was fuckin’ awesome! wild stuff…woohoo! I so wanna do it again. i’m a huge fan of techno-slash-electronica and i can imagine myself being locked in a cell as long as there’s electronica. we left ‘the scene’ around 4am. sobrang saya ko hehehe. then sunday night, we went to eastwood to have dinner and tumambay kami sa coffeebean. we catched ‘the forbidden kingdom’ of jackie chan and jet li. nakaka-aliw naman yung movie kahit hinde ganun kaganda ung plot compred to ‘crouching tiger’. you guys should watch it also. its worth panoorin. enjoy =).

flipside

i don't know if i believe 'thank-god-its-friday' crap anymore. i woke up early so i wont be late sa office. yoko ko kasi nale-late e. then, nung dumating ako sa tambayan ng fx sa may karangalan, lo and behold, one-mile yung pila! grabe. not just that, sobrang init pa. so i decided to take a cab sa eastwood city pero i've realized that i was so early pa. texted my good friend vlad (na pumapayat na hehehe) and i had breakfast at coffeebean. i ate banana caramel with my favorite hot drink. couldn't ask for more. yumm...buti at nawala ang init ng ulo ko. thank god its friday! ooops! ha!ha!ha!ha!

monday~meeting with telus. tuesday~meeting with citigroup. wednesday~jobfair in imus. thursday~my senior officer just asked me to lead the open house next month. whaaaat?! whew! mind-boggling na excited for saturday. woohoo!

joggled weekend

last weekend after our 'paid OT' blah blah...we went out cos i was so freakin hungry. we ate at CPK at greenhills. we had pizza (of course) and pasta. the waitress was so dumb and i did not like my food so i looked for some 'puto' from rochas. shet...wala akong makita...so i settled for starbucks. then nung sunday, we went to oceanpark in pasay. i thought the place was grand. sobrang enjoy ako sa iba't ibang uri ng marine creatures natin. i like the sea life. i grew up in the province at sanay ako sa beach. i so miss going out with my family..*sigh.
after ng oceanpark, we planned to eat sa floating restaurant sana kaya lang they're only for special functions na lang. dapat may reservation daw. so we decided to eat sa manila hotel kasi super lapit lang siya sa oceanpark. i got to try to eat sa cafe ilang-ilang( one of the best places i've eaten in, try niyo rin! (great food, great service, great ambience) sobrang sarap ng food nila!!!loves. loves. sarap bumalik para kumain ulet dun =)
then we went to fort santiago. antagal ko na sa manila pero that was the first time na nakapasok ako dun. sobrang na-amazed ako. ang galing, sobra! i saw the prsion cell of our great hero, jose rizal. hindi ko ma -explain basta over-whelming. nakaka-inspire pala. and oh, i saw the real books na naisulat nya (yung di mga sikat na books na gawa niya). aliwwww!!! at hindi lang yan...parang kasing-taas ko lang si rizal hahahaha! sorry, pero wala akong implementation doon ha =p hopefully makabalik ako doon. sarap palang tumambay dun e. of course, i took pictures. hinde pwedeng palampasin yun diba? at sobrang enjoy ako sa mga pics namin.
hay, except for some minor bumps, my long weekend has been surprising and interesting to say the least. it should provide for a thrilling week ahead.

it's not what you do, it's how you do it

i finally saw 'across the universe. wow. super wow! i am not a big fan of musicals but i liked this film. all were beatles' songs. i too was not around during the 60's but grew up with my parents adoring the beatles. it is hard to imagine anyone writing more creative juices, clever characters and plot matches, and visual splendor. this may sound super gay but what the hell...the film's awesome! the performances from each actor is great, the movie draws you in from the moment it starts and leaves you with a smile in your face and tears in your eyes at the same time. It also has a very relatable message to today's state of affairs in the world. instant classic.

5ive

last saturday, me and my colleagues went to dagupan for our jobfair. i had to wake up so early cos our calltime was 3am. i looked so mad wasted. fortunately, our van (newest Toyota Hi-Ace) was nicey. super tulog kahit siksikan. it was a 5-hour trip. damn exhausting but twas fun though...the place was nice. it was like a museum (yeah, i guess it was). but some suckers from their mayor's office shooed us and we transferred downstairs. bummer. we had a good yield i guess. after a long day, we ate at Matutina's. the food was awesome. it was near the beach so pwede siya pang family talaga. sarap bumalik dun. di para magtrabaho kundi para mag-relax lang.
then came sunday, sinundo ko yung sister ko (Ashley) sa sm mall of asia. fucker, andaming tao! so we decided to go to edsa-shang. we bought some baby stuff and i really enjoyed it. tapos, we ate at secret recipe. it was nice but we planned pa naman to eat sa high street. pero okay lang. cozy naman yung place nila sa shang.

struggling strength

happiness is an elusive thing. happiness is a term which is very difficult to define. each has its own taste. each has his own way of living. alam ko maraming tao sa mundo ang hinde alam kung anong gagawin sa punto ng kanilang buhay ngayon. maraming problemado sa pamilya, sa puso, sa trabaho, sa kaibigan at kahit nga sa kanilang pisikal na anyo. but how do we achieve 'contentment' in life? ganun ba kahirap ngayon makuha yun o baka di lang natin nabibigyan ng pansin o importansiya ang mga bagay-bagay. katulad sa bible, ''We've worked hard and caught nothing!.'
well, siguro if you are unhappy do something about it. i've learned that we have to see each difficult situation as a time of learning and growth maybe...in my case, just don't mess with me cos i'll fuck your brains out! i did not write this for myself but for all you people out there na pakiramdam mo para wla kang boses. pakiramdam mo wala kang kakapitan. meron....sarili mo lang.

fucked up queue at MetroBank

i went to Metrobank~Robinsons Galleria branch during my lunchbreak kanina. Since it was about 2pm~ish, I thought I'd breeze through the bank to pay my bills. Lo and behold, iisang teller lang yung nagta-trabaho. stupid manager cannot get the hint na andaming tao but almost all are waiting for forever. and the guards, sometimes, there are some dumb folks na hinde kayang umintindi nang ibang tao. are they aware na may mga lakad pa ang ibang tao at hinde lahat gustong maghintay sa pangit nilang opisina. Hopefully.
